A beautiful Snow sculpture with famous traditional cap 'Baeb Touep', a cherry coloured muffler and a black coat worn over the dummy.
Besides traditional infusion of fashion he holds a cigar in his mouth.
This sculpture is having a dense moustache.
The art is sculpted by Mr Shabir Ahmad who hails from Lalbazar area of Srinagar.
