The University of Wisconsin-Madison US offers Lee Ester Fellowship for 2021. The fellows will be considered as a developmental reporter at WPR. They will act as a general-assignment reporter who will be responsible for producing newscast length material.
Fellowship is based in Madison; at present, the candidate will operate remotely but they are expected to report to the office. The Lee Ester fellowship program is accepting applications from all countries.

Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must have a previous news broadcast internship or relevant professional experience.
They must be able to demonstrate their ability to generate new ideas.
They should also have some experience in producing or re-purposing news material for the web.
They must be determined to meet deadlines.
They must know to operate radio production equipment.
Benefits :
The successful candidate will receive @2,916 every month for the fellowship program’s whole duration (The fixed salary is $34,992 annual).
They will also receive dental and health benefits for the duration of the fellowship program.
