Meet Nusrat Hamid who Authored Her Debut Through Anthology 'Blessful Star'

When you hear of an 'Kashmiri girl' who stays cooped up in her room for weeks on end, that she is knitting bestselling magic with her words and mind’s eye wouldn’t even be your last guess. But starting out young and clueless meant being free and fearless for Nusrat Hamid.

Nusrat Hamid ,born in Nowgam Srinagar had completed her Post Graduation Degree in Education. Later She Founded Dr. Bilal research and educational institution.

Blessful star  is a compilation of many poem's and each poem has its own symbolisation The poem's symbolises; 

Might and nurture, 

Strength and peace ,

Faith and hope ,

Love and clearness. 

Nusrat believes that it is never too late to pick up the proverbial quill, because, according to her, hunger and fixation are the defining variables for your career, rather than age. “Your work needs your input regularly- even if it is just a few stray lines you delete the next day. You can’t just ‘forget’ about it for a while and try to follow up on the story later.

The Book launch was organised by Founder Of Speak Kashmir Peer Irfan Ul Haq. The event was attended by various top Officials besides other Authors from Valley. 

Speaking on the Launch Soliha Shabir quoted her support to all budding authors from J&K.
