1. Register yourself first through the CSC Scholarship Application system
2. When you log in to CSC Portal, you need to select Category B for HIT and select Agency Code of HIT which is 10213.
3. Fill the application form with the correct information.
4. After filling the application form, students have to send the application form along with the required documents to the following address.
5. Address: No.11 Siling Street, Nangang District, Harbin (150001), China, Please mark clearly “CSC Scholarship Application” on the envelope.
