The following international students are recipients of the H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Scholarship:
There will be a 100% waiver for tuition, application fees, registration fees, student services fees, and health service fees.
Chairman’s Scholarship For International Students:
There will be a 100% waiver for tuition, application fees, registration fees, student services fees, and health service fees.
Scholarships for UAE and GCC students only:
Waiver of tuition fees: 10% to 50%. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman comprise the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Scholarships for international students:
Students at Abu Dhabi University are entitled to a 20% tuition fee waiver.
Scholarships for athletes:
Waiver of 25% on tuition fees for continuing students at Abu Dhabi University.
Alumni Scholarship:
Alumni of Abu Dhabi University who wish to continue their graduate studies at any Abu Dhabi University branch are entitled to a 20% tuition fee waiver.
Merit-Based Graduate Scholarship:
A 25% tuition fee waiver is available to applicants with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.5 (or equivalent) pursuing their postgraduate studies at Abu Dhabi University.

- Abu Dhabi University is dedicated to empowering outstanding students and inspiring them to pursue their educational goals.
- Scholarships are valid for four years, or until graduation, whichever is sooner
- In order to apply for a scholarship, a student must be officially admitted to ADU and assigned a unique student ID number.
- Logging into a university account with a section on Financial Aid and Scholarships requires an ID number.
- The university has already processed student information, including academic records, upon admission, so any scholarships that the student is eligible for will appear on their account page.

Eligibility Criteria:
- In addition to UAE residents, all international students are eligible.
- You must have a high school diploma to apply for a bachelor’s degree program.
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale to be considered for a master’s degree.
- To apply for a PhD, you must have a master’s degree and a CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- The applicant must have at least 2 years of full-time experience (only for PhDs)
