Eligibility Criteria :
- All Brunei and Non-Brunei students can apply.
- Applicants aiming to pursue a master’s or Ph.D. program will get the scholarship.
- Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree to apply for PhD scholarship.
- Furthermore, students must provide a research proposal.

- The scholarship is fully funded for domestic and international students:
- Tuition fee waiver.
- Registration and other charges waiver.
- Furthermore, students will receive a subsistence allowance.
- In addition, UBD will provide accommodation in a dormitory on campus.
