Financial Coverage
- The scholarship is awarded for the minimum statutory length of the student's selected programme.
- It comes to CHF 1,600 each month for the duration of the master's degree.
- Scholarship recipients will be excluded from the set registration costs for the courses, with the exception of the CHF 80.00 fees that must be paid each semester.
Eligibility Criteria
- A foreign university degree is deemed comparable to a bachelor's degree at UNIL prior to the start of the master's programme at UNIL.
- To have distinguished yourself throughout your education, notably by outstanding academic performance.
- Good command of the English language is required.
Selection Criteria
- November-December: The Social Affairs and Student Mobility Office (SASME) and the Admissions department process applications (SII)
- December-January: The SASME notifies candidates whose applications are incomplete or have not been approved by the admissions department that their scholarship application has been denied.
- January-February: Completed applications are forwarded to faculties for review of eligibility for the selected master's degrees.
- February-March: The SASME notifies candidates whose applications were rejected by the faculty.
- March: The master's scholarship selection board picks the individuals who will be given a master's scholarship.
- Candidates are notified of the selection board's decision in early April.
