Eligibility Criteria :

1. International students are required to apply (non-French).
2. Applicants with dual nationality, one of which is French, are not eligible for this programme.
3. At the time of selection, the candidate must be at least 25 years old.
4. Applicants who have previously been rejected from other competitions are ineligible for this programme.
5. Students who have already won an Eiffel Scholarship are unable to apply for the scholarship programme 2023.
6. Applicants who won an Eiffel Scholarship for the master's degree are eligible to apply for a PhD scholarship.
7. Applicants who are currently studying in France are not eligible to apply for the master's programme. Students studying outside of France will be given preference over French
