International students are allowed to study in France on a fully funded scholarship under the Emile Boutmy Scholarship Program. Entry Requirements

Students must be first-time applicants from a non-European Union country, whose household does not file taxes inside the European Union, and who have been enrolled to the Undergraduate or Master's programme to be eligible for the scholarship.
  1. Unless otherwise agreed by the judges, the award cannot be coupled with other scholarships (Eiffel scholarship, AEFE scholarship, BGF...).
  2. This scholarship is given based on merit and the sort of profile desired for this programme. Social criteria are also considered.
  3. This scholarship is not given automatically; candidates must express their desire to apply directly in their online bachelor's or master's application form.
