Eligibility Criteria :
- International students must be ADB member country nationals.
- A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required.
- Students with outstanding academic records are also encouraged to enrol for this programme.
- At the time of application, they must have at least two years of full-time professional working experience (after a university degree).
- Furthermore, they must be under the age of 35 at the time of application. The age restriction can be increased by 45 years in specific circumstances when programmes are appropriate for senior officials and managers.
- After completing the program, international students must return to their home country.
- Applicants for master's programmes must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution that is equivalent to a bachelor's degree at the University.
