Singapore overseas Graduate Award is a merit-based award given to outstanding overseas students who have never had the opportunity to study in Singapore. It is a fantastic option for those interested in pursuing a PhD overseas. The SINGA scholarship will cover all tuition and living expenses. You will study at A*STAR Research Institutes, NTU, NUS, or SUTD, and all training will be in English. Under this fully supported scholarship programme, international students can pursue a PhD in Science and Technology at premier institutes in Singapore.
