The MTCP Scholarship 2023 – Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme for the academic year 2023 is now open

The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme Scholarship 2023 - Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme for the academic year 2023 is now open. The Malaysian government funds the MTCP Scholarship. The MTCP Scholarship Programme is open to Malaysian public and private university students who wish to apply for the Master's Degree programme and complete their degree.

For the Master's Degree Programme, the award period ranges from 24 to 36 months. Candidates from developing countries are welcome to apply. The IELTS exam is not required. MTCP is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Malaysia that includes air travel, meals, lodging, tuition, a monthly stipend, allowance, books, and any other fees. • Malaysian Universities' Most Recent Admission Offer Letters for the Academic Year 2023
• Two referees' letters of recommendation
• Intention Statement
• A copy of the Academic Transcript that has been certified.
• Academic transcripts must include a record of all courses taken throughout the degree programme.
• Transcripts of undergraduate studies must be submitted by applicants.
• Applicants must submit an official document from their alma mater outlining the university's grading system.
• If an applicant's transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or score percentile information, the documents must be certified.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
•  A certified copy of the English Language Proficiency test result (TOEFL/ IELTS/ PTE/ CAE/ CPE/ MUET/ equivalent qualification) or an official letter from the previous institution stating that English was used as the medium of instruction for the obtained degree(s);
• A copy of your passport.
• COVID-19 medical examination report as proof of vaccination.

Eligibility Criteria 

• At the time of application, you must be no older than 45 years old.
• Only applicants who have received a valid admission offer letter/s from at least one (1) Malaysian university are eligible to apply.

Application Deadline:
