Fully Funded Government of Kazakhstan Scholarships 2023-2024 Study Bachelors,Masters and Phd

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan invited foreign applicants from all over the world to apply for the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship 2023-24, which includes 550 scholarships for Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programmes. The Kazakhstan Scholarship is a full-time educational opportunity.

This scholarship is being offered to 36 universities in Kazakhstan. I understand that this is a rare opportunity, but keep in mind that your chances of receiving this scholarship are very good. Because competition will be reduced. Not everyone will submit an application. If you have a low CGPA or are unable to obtain a Fully Funded scholarship in another country, the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship is for you.

Scholarship Distribution

1. 490 Bachelor's Degree Programme
2. 50 master's degree programmes
3. PhD programme: ten years

Benefits of the Scholarship 

The Kazakhstan Government Scholarship includes the following benefits:

1. The Tuition Fee Monthly Allowance in its entirety
2. The scholarship does not cover the following expenses:
3. Airline tickets, hotel accommodations, visa fees, and medical expenses

Required Documents for Bachelor’s Degree

1. Identification card
2. Previous Educational Materials
3. Motivational Essay in English, Russian, or Kazakh Letter of Recommendation from Previous University.
4. A Medical Certificate is required.
5. A letter of invitation from Kazakhstan University (if one is available)

Required Documents for Masters’s Degree, PhD 

1. Identification card
2. Previous Educational Materials
3. Essay on Motivation in English, Russian, or Kazakh
4. Two letters of recommendation from previous universities.
5. A Medical Certificate is required.
6. A form of application
7. Invitation letter from Kazakhstan University (if available)
8. Language proficiency in English must be demonstrated.
