Scholarship Requirements
The following prerequisites must be satisfied by applicants in order to be considered for United Arab Emirates University Undergraduate Scholarships:
- International students must apply.
- A full-time programme is required for applicants.
- Candidates must be prepared to enrol in University undergraduate courses.
- A grade of at least 97% on the Grade 12 certificate (or its equivalent) is required.
- The required level of English language proficiency is IELTS 7 (1675 on the EmSAT English), or its equivalent.
- For all colleges, with the exception of the College of Law, the Literary Track in the College of Education, the Arabic Programmes in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the College of Business and Economics, a score of at least (680) or more on the Math SAT Subject Test (level 2) or a score of at least 1500 on the Math EmSAT or its equivalent is required.
- For students accepted to the College of Law, the Literary track in the College of Education, and the Arabic Programmes in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, a score of (1350) on the EmSAT in Arabic or its equivalent is required.
Scholarship Duration and Reward
- To eligible students, a full tuition waiver is offered.
- DurationValid until graduation, provided that the student is maintaining the requirements for student eligibility.

- Uphold a GPA of less than 3.8/4.0 while enrolled at UAEU.
- During his or her time at the university, the student must finish at least fifteen (15) credit hours or more in each academic term.
