Fully Funded Turkey Youth camp - ICYF International Media Training Camp 2023 in Turkey Apply Today Free

The Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), in collaboration with TRT (Turkey), is pleased to announce that applications for the ICYF International Media Training Camp 2023 in Turkey are now open. The 6-Day Camp in Turkey for Young Men, Young Women, and Students from Around the World will come to Istanbul and gain Journalism Experience. IELTS are not required for ICYF Camp. 

The ICYF Media Training Camp will take place from October 18 to October 30, 2023. Boys and girls have separate dates. It invites Turkish youth, OIC members, and Muslim Muslim minorities from non-OIC member countries. The cost of the programme will be covered by the Camp. Aim of the ICYF Camp 

The ICYF International Media Training Camp aims to empower the next generation as they embark on the journey of digital storytelling and news reporting in the information age using everyday tools. 

Benefits of the ICYF Camp 

1. International Travel: International travel expenses are not currently covered.
2. Local Transportation: The Host Organisers will only cover local transportation expenses such as airport transfers and bus transportation.
3. Visa Assistance: An Invitation Letter will be provided. Visa Support
4. Medical and travel insurance will be provided.
5. Accommodation, Local Tour, and Other Costs: Host organisers will cover domestic transportation, lodging, food, and other costs associated with local hospitality.

Eligibility Criteria

1. There are no academic prerequisites. Graduates and young undergrads.
2. Muslim youth from the 56 OIC member countries who live in Istanbul.
3. Muslim Youth from OIC Member States, as well as Muslim Minorities from non-OIC Member States, are eligible.
4.  Ability to communicate in English Aged 18 to 25
5.  Interested in learning about media issues and topics
6. It could be from any field.
7.  Participating in or interested in media-related projects
8.  Passionate and committed to completing the entire training programme.
