Submit an application for the 2023–2024 Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship in Germany. This scholarship programme, which offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree scholarships, is available to international students everywhere. Students from all academic areas, regardless of their focus, are welcome to apply and continue their education in Germany. These scholarships are completely supported, offering a fantastic opportunity to study in Germany during the 2023–2024 academic year.

A maximum of 40 students can receive FES subsidies each year to study in Germany for free. Scholarships from the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES) will be given out in 2023 to deserving students who have excelled in their academic studies.  Selected candidates receive financial assistance as well as access to an extensive seminar programme designed to improve their social and academic abilities.

Degree Level: The fully funded Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship is available for study at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels at German universities in 2023–2024.

Every Subject

Benefits of the Scholarship: The Friedrich Ebert Foundation awards scholarships to foreign students studying in Germany for their undergraduate and graduate degrees. These financial aid packages cover a range of costs, including:
  1. A monthly stipend of EUR 750 for programmes leading to a bachelor's degree, diploma, master's degree, or state examination.
  2. An 850 EUR monthly stipend for master's programmes.
  3. Money to cover the cost of health insurance.
  4. A family payment of 276 euros for scholars who have kids.
  5. Because the scholarship is not repaid, it offers financial assistance without requiring payback.
Eligibility
Graduate and Undergraduate Programmes:
  1. Applicants must show proof of acceptance or enrollment in the desired course at an accredited German university or technical college.
  2. International applicants must show appropriate German language proficiency.
  3. First-year students should apply before or before the start of the first semester, including both German and international students with prior education.
For  PhD
  1.  To be eligible for the doctorate scholarship, candidates must have received an unconditional admission notification
  2. Foreign applicants must also demonstrate sufficient German language proficiency.
Application Process
You must fill out an online application in order to be considered for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship in Germany year 2023–2024. The steps are as follows:
  1. Apply online by creating an account on the official FES website. Complete the online application and provide all necessary paperwork.
  2. Await a response: You will get a confirmation email after submitting your application. It could take three months to complete the selecting procedure. You will be asked to an interview if you are selected for further consideration.
  3. Show up for the interview: If you're chosen, there will be one. Either in-person or video conferencing can be used to perform it.
  4. Accept the scholarship: You will be sent an acceptance letter after being awarded the scholarship.
