Russian Government Scholarship 2024-2025 - Open Doors Scholarships for the Masters, and Ph.D. degree programs

The Open Doors 2024 Program is now accepting applications. All overseas applicants are invited to apply for the Masters and Ph.D. degree programs under the Open Doors Russian Government Scholarship 2024. The open doors scholarship winners will receive a full scholarship to study master's or doctoral programs at their chosen Russian university. Foreigners from any country are welcome to participate. This scholarship covers almost all academic subjects.
Winners of the Open Doors scholarship program are offered free early admission to any Russian institution, without the need for entrance exams or tuition costs, as well as a monthly stipend paid for by the Russian Federation. This is the sixth iteration of the Open Doors Russia Scholarship project, which is run in conjunction with the Russian Federation's Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Eligibility Criteria
- Any foreign student is welcome.
- You should apply for a master's or doctoral program.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- All candidates are required to submit all required documents.
- Before applying, please read the Rules and FAQs. The academic year will begin in March 2024.
How to Apply
- There are two rounds of application for a Master's degree and three steps for a PhD.
- The first round is a portfolio competition, and the second round is a Master Level problem-solving challenge.
- The third round consists of selecting and interviewing a prospective research supervisor for the chosen doctoral program (analogous to the Ph.D.).
Choose up to six universities.
- If your top priority university does not offer the study program of your choice, your application will be forwarded to the next priority university.
- When registering for participation, you can select between one and six universities.
