The applications are now open for the fully funded MEXT Titech University Scholarship 2024, Japan



Titech Institute is a national research university in Japan's Greater Tokyo Area. The MEXT University Recommended Scholarship at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Titech) is now accepting applications. The following intake will take place in September 2023. International students are encouraged to apply for the MEXT Titech University Scholarship 2024. In Japan, this is a fully funded scholarship.
MEXT University Recommended provides Master and Doctoral scholarships to overseas students interested in studying in Japanese universities. The Japanese language is not required because the classes will be entirely in English. The scholarship will last two years for the master's degree. A doctorate degree extension is offered. The application procedure, eligibility requirements, and scholarship advantages are outlined below.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Stipend paid on a monthly basis.
  • Master's salary is 147,000 yen per month.
  • 148,000 yen per month for doctoral round-trip airfare Tickets have been purchased.
  • Tokyo Tech will waive the enrollment and tuition expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be citizens of a country with which Japan maintains diplomatic ties.
  • You must be 34 or younger.
  • IELTS can be waived if you present an English Proficiency letter or can demonstrate that you have already finished a degree from an English medium institute.
  • A Japanese student visa must be obtained.
