Eligibility

1. The candidate must be a Sub-Saharan African national or resident.
2. After finishing the one-year master's program, applicants must be dedicated to returning to Sub-Saharan Africa.
3. Applicants must state on the scholarship application form that they are unable to pay the program fee without the scholarship.
4. Applicants must fulfill the minimal standards for LSHTM English language requirements.
5. Students must have a first degree or its equivalent in either first or second class.
6. Applicants must have been accepted into the LSHTM's one-year MSc program in London for 2024-25.
7. Applying for LSHTM is needed, as does receiving an offer of admission.
