Eligibility

  1. The DAAD and SEARCA fellowship is offered to citizens of Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Malaysia, the Philippines, Timor Leste, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  2. At the time of application, applicants must be no older than 35 years old for Master's Degree programs and no older than 40 years old for PhD programs.
