Eligibility Criteria 

1. Languages required: English or Turkish
2. All countries in the world are eligible.
3. Minimum Academic Requirements:
4. Bachelor's degree candidates must have a minimum academic accomplishment of 70%.
5. 75% academic accomplishment is required for Master's and Doctorate degree candidates.
6. Minimum academic accomplishment for candidates to the Health Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy): 90%
7. Criteria for Age:
8. For Undergraduate programs, you must be under the age of 21.
9. For Master's programs, you must be under the age of 30.
10. Doctorate programs need applicants to be under the age of 35.

13. Graduates or candidates who will be able to graduate by the conclusion of the current academic year (before August 2022) are eligible.
14. Non-eligible groups include Turkish citizens and anyone who have lost their Turkish citizenship.

16. Other Prerequisites
17. You must be certified in TOEFL or IELTS (The Test of English as a Foreign Language). If you wish to study in English, the certification is an international standard that indicates you are proficient enough to enroll in a course at a university.
18. It is advised that you present an authentic academic record that includes all certifications, courses, and grades earned during your academic career.
19. You need to provide a letter stating your purpose in taking this scholarship program. If your Statement of Purpose requires improvements and the essential key points are missing in your SOP then, you may face rejection.
