People interested in technological advancements can apply for the WENS KIT Scholarship 2024 in South Korea. This is one of the highest-paying scholarships for international students pursuing Master's and PhD degrees. The scholarship is available during the Fall 2024 intake. The WENS KIT scholarship is aimed at students with an engineering background. The WENS KIT fellowship is provided by the Wireless and Emerging Network System Laboratory (WENS) at Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT) in South Korea. The scholarship includes tuition until graduation, medical expenses, and a monthly stipend for Master's and PhD students to cover living expenses in South Korea. Scholarship Coverage:
- The full tuition fee is covered.
- Medical expenses.
- Monthly stipend of 850-950 US dollars for PhD
- Monthly stipend of 600-650 US dollars per month for Masters
Research Areas:
Applicants should have a good background in:
- Beyond 5G/6G wireless communications, this includes signal processing, massive MIMO, non-orthogonal multiple access, orbital angular momentum, index modulation, embedded systems, Robot Operating System (ROS), and unmanned mobility (UAV, UGV, USV, UUV).
Scholarship requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering/Science).
- CGPA >= 3.0/4.0
- Formal English score is mandatory. IELTS >= 6.0, TOEFL IBT>= 85, PBT>= 570, CBT>=230, and TOEIC >= 750
