Study in Free in Tokyo Japan - The United Nations University (UNU) offers the UNU Junior Fellows Internships 2024-2025

The United Nations University (UNU) is offering the UNU Junior Fellows Internship 2024 in Tokyo, Japan, at the UNU Rector's Office. It's a four-month internship as a Junior Fellow at the UNU headquarters. Graduate students interested in the work of the United Nations are encouraged to apply. The internship will span 16 weeks, and the Fellows are expected to begin working from August 12th, 2024 until December 20th, 2024.

The UNU will grant a monthly stipend to cover living expenses as well as transportation from their home country to the UNU's offices in Shibuya. Junior fellows are eligible to 1.5 days' leave every month. Weekends and recognized UNU holidays are considered days off. Purpose and Interns' Responsibilities:

4. Interns will attend meetings and write minutes.
5. Newsletters, event summaries, and other forms of communication are created and sent as needed.

Eligibility criteria:

1. The Fellowship is open to all students from any country.
2. Currently pursuing or just finished (within two years of application) postgraduate studies (master's or doctoral).
3. The applicant's age must be under 32 years old at the time of application.
4. Must have no more than 5 years of job experience.
5. Should have good computer abilities.
6. If the candidate has previously completed a degree from an English-medium institute, no IELTS or TOEFL are necessary.
