Eligibility
- Must be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government
- Must be under 45 years old at the start of the program
- Must have excellent academic records and meet the course or program requirements
- Must have an undergraduate Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.50 or higher
- Must provide proof of English proficiency (IELTS score of 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT score of 60+), or show that a previous degree was completed with English as the main language
- Must be healthy and eager to learn and contribute to their home country

- Fill out the online application form
- Provide the latest Admission Offer Letter from Malaysian Universities for academic intake 2024 (if applicable)
- Include two Letters of Recommendation from referees
- Submit an Endorsement form
- Provide a certified copy of the Academic Transcript
- Include transcripts showing all courses taken during the degree program
- Submit transcripts from undergraduate studies
- Provide an official document from the applicant’s university detailing the grading system if CGPA, marks, or percentile score information is not included in the transcript
- Include Curriculum Vitae (CV)
