Eligibility 

• Must be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government
• Must be under 45 years old at the start of the program
• Must have excellent academic records and meet the course or program requirements
• Must have an undergraduate Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.50 or higher
• Must provide proof of English proficiency (IELTS score of 6.0+ or TOEFL iBT score of 60+), or show that a previous degree was completed with English as the main language
• Must be healthy and eager to learn and contribute to their home country

• Include two Letters of Recommendation from referees
• Submit an Endorsement form
• Provide a certified copy of the Academic Transcript
• Include transcripts showing all courses taken during the degree program
