Study Free in Malaysia - List of Malaysian Govt. Scholarships for Bachelors, Masters and PhD 2025-2026 all International Students
The MIS Scholarship, funded by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, is a government scholarship for international students. It allows students to pursue Master's and PhD degrees at public universities in Malaysia. You don't need IELTS to apply, and there is no application fee.
The MTCP Scholarship, or Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program, is a fully funded scholarship for students from developing countries. It allows them to pursue a Master's degree at public and private universities in Malaysia. The scholarship covers airfare, tuition fees, and provides a monthly stipend.
3.UniKL British Malaysian Institute

6) Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) Postgraduate Opportunity
Project Title: Developing a Transformer Health Index using a Bilevel Algorithm for Feed Forward Neural Networks.
