Study in Netherlands - Apply for the TU Delft Justus & Louise Excellence Scholarships 2025 in the Netherlands

The Justus & Louise Van Effen Excellence Scholarships at TU Delft University provide scholarships for international students pursuing a Master's degree. Each faculty offers 2 scholarships. Applications for the TU Delft Justus & Louise Excellence Scholarships 2025 are now open, and international students can apply until December 1, 2024. These scholarships are available for any MSc program at TU Delft, one of the top public universities in the Netherlands.

Scholarship Benefits: The scholarship aims to support international students with the financial resources to study at TU Delft University. It covers:

• Full tuition fees for MSc programs each year.
• A contribution towards living expenses.

Number of Scholarships: Each faculty offers 2 scholarships.

• Aerospace Engineering
• Applied Sciences
• Architecture and the Built Environment
• Civil Engineering and Geosciences
• Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science
• Industrial Design Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Technology, Policy, and Management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to all nationalities.
• You must be conditionally admitted to one of the 2-year regular MSc programs at TU Delft.
• You should have a strong academic record in your previous studies.
• Must meet the admission requirements.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Proof of English language proficiency is needed:
  • TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 100.
  • IELTS (academic version) with a minimum score of 7.0 (the IELTS One Skill Retake Scheme is accepted).
• GRE test scores are required for specific programs:
  • Aerospace Engineering
  • Computer & Embedded Systems Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Technology

English Language Test Exemption: No English proficiency test is needed if you are:

• A citizen of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or the USA.
• A holder of a bachelor's degree from any of these countries.

Required Documents:

• Original or certified copy of your bachelor's degree.
  • If you haven’t graduated yet, provide a certified statement from your university confirming the degree you will obtain.
• Academic transcript
• English language certificate
• Motivation letter (1,000 – 1,500 words)
• Curriculum Vitae (maximum of 3 pages) – use the Europass format.
• Photocopy of a valid passport (for international applicants)
• Reference letters (if applicable)
• Check the final list of required documents for admission at TU Delft.

Application Process for MSc at TU Delft:

1. First, apply and submit your application for the MSc program.
2. After receiving an offer, apply for the Justus & Louise Excellence Scholarships.
3. Complete your MSc application.
4. Upload the Scholarship Application Form.
5. Upload two reference letters.
6. Upload your English language certificate.
