Eligibility
- Candidates of all nationalities, except Chinese, can apply for the programs.
- Applicants must not have studied in Taiwan as overseas Chinese students before.
- Applicants must not have been accepted into any program for the current academic year by the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students, according to Taiwan's rules for Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students.
- For the Master’s program, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university.
- For the Ph.D. program, applicants must have a Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university.
Benefits of KMU Scholarship 2025

- There are three types of stipends: Type A, Type B, and Type C, each offering different allowances.
