The LeadNext program will select 20 young emerging leaders from different fields and cultures, equipping them with skills, knowledge, and leadership experience. Below are the details of this fully funded exchange program in the USA.

Program Components:
- Leadership Training Intensive: February and March 2025
- Monthly Virtual Masterclasses: March to June 2025
- Travel to San Francisco: During the week of July 14, 2025, fellows will attend the Global Leaders Summit in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Mentorship: Fellows will be paired with experienced mentors for further development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to young leaders from any sector with a commitment to solving issues like climate change, inequality, or poverty.
- Applicants must be between 18-25 years old throughout the program year.
- Fluent in English.
- 10 participants will be selected from Asia and 10 from the United States.
- Attendance at all program sessions is mandatory.
