Eligibility:
- Open to applicants worldwide, except those from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Must hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree (if applicable).
- English language proficiency is required unless you studied at an English-medium university or come from an English-speaking country.
- Applicants must meet the specific requirements of their chosen program.
Benefits:
- Financial support, including a stipend of NT$40,000/month (approximately US$1,250) for the first year, which may be extended for another year based on performance.
