Eligibility Criteria
For Doctoral Applicants:
Educational Background:
- Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 in a relevant field.
- Direct PhD applicants (from bachelor’s) must have a CGPA of 3.5.
English Proficiency:
- TOEFL iBT score of 91, IELTS 6.5, or EmSAT 1550.
GRE Score:
- Minimum of 150 in the GRE.

- Admission interview.

Scholarship Benefits
Tuition Coverage:
- Full tuition for Tier I and II scholars.
- 75% and 50% tuition waiver for Tier III and IV, respectively.
Monthly Stipend:
- AED 20,000 for Tier I, II, and III scholars.
- Additional AED 20,000 for Tier I and AED 10,000 for Tier II.
Additional Benefits:
- Textbooks, international conference support, medical insurance, visa fee coverage, and round-trip flights (for international students).
Commitment:
- Scholars must work with Khalifa University or a nominated entity after graduation.
