- Citizenship from one of the following eligible countries:
- Europe: Austria, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine
- Asia: Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Pakistan
- Both parents must also be non-Korean citizens.
- If citizenship changes during the application process, the application will be disqualified.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or be in the final year of undergraduate studies.
- Proof of English language proficiency is required (waived if the previous degree was in English).
